Thursday, July 9th: Welcome Night

Bodega Bouquets + An Iconic Italian Street Fair (Greenpoint/Williamsburg)

  • WHERE: The Palace, 206 Nassau Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222

  • WHEN: 6:30PM

  • WHAT TO BRING: Cheap flowers from a nearby bodega

  • We’ll be hanging out at our favorite local watering hole, The Palace, at 6:30PM to kick things off and cheers the bride and groom. 

  • Fun (optional!) request: grab a small bouquet of flowers from a local bodega on your way. We’ll gather everyone’s stems and turn them into one over-the-top, maximalist arrangement for the head table on wedding night 🌸

  • Next up, it’s an iconic NYC summertime staple: Our Lady of Mount Carmel Feast and Giglio Carnival. A street fair with games, rides, entertainment, food vendors, and people watching galore. Check out the history here. We’ll be here from 8PM until we call it. 

Friday, July 10th: Wedding Eve

NYC’s 2nd Oldest Beatnik Bar & A Scenic Ferry Ride

(Manhattan)

  • WHERE: White Horse Tavern

The Horse" is New York City's second-oldest continuously run bar and retains its original 1880s woodwork and tin ceilings. Opened in 1880, it operated as a working-class watering hole for European immigrants and men working the Hudson River piers. In the 1950s and 1960s, it transformed into a premier bohemian hangout for Beat Generation poets, jazz legends, and folk musicians. Notable regulars included Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, Bob Dylan, and Jim Morrison.

  • WHAT TO BRING: Yourself!

  • DRESS CODE: Dressy casual / festive

  • During the day: Your time is your own, and we have suggestions! (Check out NY cheat sheet)

  • We’ll then catch the ferry back to Williamsburg (again, gorgeous views!) that drops off both in South (near the Moxy Hotel) and North Williamsburg. 

Saturday, July 11th: The Big Day!

Sacred Ceremony + Maximalist Disco Reception

(South Williamsburg/Bushwick, Brooklyn)

  • WHERE: St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 334 S 5th St. Brooklyn, NY

  • WHEN: 4:30PM

  • WHAT TO BRING: Your sense of fun, celebration, and style! We’ll have fans for the NY heat.

  • * Ceremony will be hosted at St. Paul’s Luthern Church, starting at 4:30.

    * Reception to follow at Love’s Club, 106 Melrose St. See our tips on getting there via subway HERE (also feel free to call an Uber or Lyft). Both transit + car take ~15 min.
